Make any occasion special by crowning it with this cake. It’s wholesome and over the top delicious. This carrot–pecan cake is rich with nuts, raisins and a pound of carrots. I have topped it off with a snowy cream-cheese glaze. It has a very moist texture and will serve 12-18 special guests!
