To place an order on-line, simply
open our order form which has a link on the bottom of every page!
The order form will open in a new window, so you can minimize the
form as you continue your shopping. Or, simply print out the form
and write your order on it as you check out all the different items.
When you have finished shopping, return to the on-line form and enter
the information in the order form. When you are done, just click on
Place Order. Your order will be emailed to Gourmet Cookies By Valli.
We will send you an email or call by phone within 24 hours
to confirm your order. If you do not receive your confirmation within
24 hours, please call Valli at (804) 360-1963

Charges
Camera-Ready:
No setup charge if artwork can be used "as is" (ie, it is
already in a round format or it is large enough that it can be cropped
without further adjustments)
Add text only: $10/image (not to exceed 2 lines with 14 letters per
line)
Adjust shape: $20/image (ie, cropping camera ready that is too large
or adding background to small images to accommodate cookie shape)
Adjust background $20/image (ie, adjusting or modifying background of
camera ready art)
Specifications
In order to get the best results, we require camera-ready artwork such
as an original photo, drawing or letterhead on a WHITE BACKGROUND.
BUSY OR DARK BACKGROUNDS WILL AFFECT THE CLARITY AND OVERALL QUALITY
OF THE FINAL PRODUCT. IF YOUR PHOTO HAS A DARK BACKGROUND, WE STRONGLY
RECOMMEND LETTING US LIGHTEN IT FOR YOU FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. If
the original photo can be provided for us to scan, the results provide
a clear photo.
Images of people should be CLOSE-UP and should focus on the face; FULL-BODY
SHOTS DO NOT SHOW UP WELL AND THE IMAGE MAY NOT BE CLEAR.
Black & white or monotone photographs will often take on a greenish
cast. We will only accept these orders if the customer accepts this
risk.
Images are printed with food color- this is not a PMS process and it
is not possible to offer color-matching.
Photos and graphics can be submitted in a an image format (i.e. jpeg,
gif, bmp, or tif) to Valli@GourmetCookiesByValli.com
The minimum image must be 200x200 pixels for a 2" cookie and 300x300
pixels for a 3" for heart-shaped cookie.

and Trademark Use
All material submitted by customer for use by Gourmet Cookies by Valli
will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with applicable
intellectual property laws. Customer agrees to hold Gourmet Cookies
by Valli harmless for any damages, costs, and/or other expenses when
they arise under such laws as a consequence of Gourmet Cookies by Valli's
use of customer's submitted materials.
